This Policy explains how we process personal data when you visit our website, complete a form, subscribe to our newsletter, attend events, apply for a job, or otherwise communicate with us. In these situations, Qwantyco acts as the data controller.
Data processed on behalf of clients. When providing services such as Olív-IA, Managed Cybersecurity (MSSP), or Private Cloud, we process data as a data processor, following the client’s instructions. Such processing is governed by the contract and data processing agreement agreed with each client, rather than by this Policy.
When you browse our website, we collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, pages visited, date and time of access, and referral source. Some of this information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
We may receive professional data from business partners, events, and public sources, such as professional social media profiles, always within the limits of applicable law.
Artificial Intelligence. We do not use personal data collected through this website to train Artificial Intelligence models.
We process personal data only when there is a legal basis under Article 7 of the LGPD, particularly:
For visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, these legal bases correspond to those provided for in Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Qwantyco does not sell personal data. We may share it only in the following circumstances:
Some suppliers may store or process data outside Brazil. In such cases, transfers take place only under the circumstances permitted by Article 33 of the LGPD, with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to ensure a level of protection consistent with Brazilian law.
Under Article 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time:
To exercise your rights, write to contato@qwantyco.com. We may request information to verify your identity before responding. You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, subject to legal, regulatory, and contractual retention periods. After that, the data is securely deleted or anonymized.
We apply to our own environments the same practices we provide to clients: encryption in transit and at rest, access controls based on the principle of least privilege, strong authentication, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response.
No system is entirely risk-free. If a security incident occurs that may pose a relevant risk or cause significant harm, we will notify affected data subjects and the ANPD in accordance with applicable law.
The website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, and services. We do not control their privacy practices and recommend reading their respective policies.
Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not intentionally collect data from children or adolescents. If we identify such collection, the data will be deleted.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. The current version will always be available on this page with the last-updated date. Significant changes will be announced through our channels.
